At Mann Orchards, we're committed to delivering our pies with the same care and quality that goes into preparing them. To help ensure they arrive in excellent condition, all pies are shipped frozen and carefully packaged with insulation and cooling materials.

Frozen Shipping

All pies are shipped frozen and unbaked. This helps preserve quality during transit and allows you to enjoy the experience of baking a fresh pie at home.

Please place your pie in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery if you are not planning to bake it immediately.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery

We currently ship throughout the continental United States using UPS.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected during checkout.

Each order is carefully packed using insulated packaging and cooling materials to help maintain product quality during transit.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Mann Orchards is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While we work closely with our shipping partners, unexpected weather, transportation, or operational delays may occasionally occur.
